House ASPRI Villa Patmos Netia is located in the back part of the complex, it has a separate entrance and is an independent unit. Its peculiar location marks the absolute privacy.
The apartment has a 'classic' structure: 2 double bedrooms (one of which with twin beds) and a bathroom distributed by a hallway, a kitchen / dining area connected by a huge window to a south-facing terrace.
There also is a large north-facing outdoor area overlooking the surrounding hills, which is furnished with seats.
Even this house is completely surrounded by open spaces which allow you to enjoy the cool at any time of the day.
The bedrooms are both furnished with Kilim from Turkey. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans, and television. It is furnished with everything you need to cook your own meals.
